The short version

  • You must actually run the business you list and follow local permit and food-safety rules.
  • Your plan is billed monthly by Stripe after your listing is approved. You can cancel anytime from Billing.
  • Your live location is only shared while you choose to go live, and you can pause it instantly.

1. Who can list

You must own or be authorized to run the business you register. You are responsible for any permits, licenses, health and food-safety rules, and taxes that apply to you.

Our team reviews new listings before they appear publicly and may approve, reject or remove a listing.

2. Your listing

Keep your menu, prices, hours and photos accurate. Only post photos you have the right to use.

Flash specials, events and announcements must be real offers. Misleading posts can be removed.

3. Plans and billing

Your monthly plan is based on your vendor type. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plan changes are prorated. You can cancel anytime from Billing.

If a payment fails, you’ll have a grace period to update your card before live features are paused.

4. Location sharing

You choose when to go live. We keep only your latest position and stop sharing automatically after the time you set. “Pause My Location” removes your marker immediately and nothing is shared again until you go live yourself.

5. Vendor Safety Network

Reports are for real safety concerns only. Keep them general: no names, plates or photos of people. False or abusive reports can lead to your reporting access being restricted.
